Stop Sky Vandals
Thank you for visiting this website, which highlights an environmental issue for people in Liverpool.
When I was growing up in the '70s, airplanes left vapour trails that dissipated quite quickly. In those days, a balance point was reached where the rate at which vapour trails were generated equalled the rate at which they dissipated, producing a trail of a constant length behind the aircraft.
Today, something very odd is happening. I have observed non-commercial aircraft, flying at low altitudes that produce continuous trails that do not dissipate. Instead, the trails expand over a large area, to create a haze over the city of Liverpool and its surrounding areas. The planes seem to originate from military air fields and they perform strange manoeuvres, whereby they double back on themselves so as to create a lattice of white intersecting trails.
This is deliberate pollution of the Merseyside area, which the media overlooks and politicians deny is happening.
If you think this sounds far-fetched, please read the article below, which describes how the UK government conducted secret biological testing on its own population for more than 30 years. Furthermore, the MoD refuses to comment on whether it is still happening today.

The mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson,
has been made aware of this issue but chooses to ignore it, even though he claims that environmental matters are one of his key concerns (http://liverpool.gov.uk/mayor/pledges/civic-pride/).

My local MP, Louise Ellman,
responded with an acknowledgment that my observations are so regularly reported by other members of the public that the government has issued a standard letter for MPs to pass onto their worried constituents, to convince them that nothing unusual is happening. In other words, the public is wrong. The trails are ordinary vapour trails and nothing more.
The problem is that the official line is just that. I know what I saw when I was growing up and it is not what I see today. Instead, planes leave trails the way The Red Arrows produce trails. It is not water vapour and it could be potentially hazardous to health.
If you live in Liverpool, or you intend to visit the area, then this is something that you need to be aware of.
